COOK ravioli according to package directions; drain.
MEANWHILE, add olive oil to large skillet; heat several minutes over medium heat. Add tomatoes, olives and garlic; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until tomatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Add ravioli, spinach, salt and pepper; stir until spinach begins to wilt.
TOP with coarsely grated cheese.
To chiffonade basil, stack leaves and cut crosswise into thin strips.
