Vegan Spice Snack Cake
Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free, Nut Free
MIX flour, baking soda, spices and salt in medium bowl. In large bowl, beat applesauce, sugars and oil until well blended. Add dry ingredients alternately with almond milk, scraping sides of bowl. Continue beating 2 minutes. Pour into lightly greased 9x13-inch pan.
BAKE 35 minutes or until pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool.
For Glaze: whisk ingredients in small bowl. Drizzle over cake.
