Everybody loves granola bars! This recipe has pure ingredients, is easy to make, and is perfect for a high-energy snack. These bars freeze beautifully, so they are easy to keep on hand.

No-Bake Granola Bars

  1. LINE 8-inch square or 7x11-inch pan with waxed or parchment paper.
  2. MIX almonds, dates, oats, and cranberries in large bowl.
  3. HEAT and stir peanut butter and honey in small saucepan over medium heat about 1 minute or until blended. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour into dry ingredients; mix to coat evenly. Press into pan.
  4. FREEZE until firm; cut into bars. Wrap and store in refrigerator or freezer.
Fresh Tips

Substitute agave nectar for honey.
