This recipe has a short ingredient list and looks like it came from a restaurant kitchen. The slightly sweet flavor will make even fish skeptics ask for it again and again.

Maple-Glazed Salmon

  1. HEAT oven to 400ºF.
  2. PLACE salmon in shallow greased baking dish; season with salt and pepper. Bake 10 minutes.
  3. MEANWHILE, mix remaining ingredients in small microwavable bowl. Microwave 30 seconds on HIGH.
  4. REMOVE salmon from oven; switch oven to broiler setting and place rack 6 inches from heat. Reserve about half of glaze in small bowl. Brush remaining glaze over salmon; broil 3 to 5 minutes or until caramelized. Spoon reserved glaze over salmon.
