Cookies for breakfast? Yes, you heard it here. These cookies pack enough energy to keep you going until lunchtime, and they are a little reminiscent of banana bread.

Instructions
  1. HEAToven to 350ºF.
  2. STIR flaxseed and 5 tablespoons water in small bowl; set aside. In large bowl, mash bananas. Add agave nectar, coconut oil, and vanilla; mix well.
  3. STIR in oats, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add flaxseed mixture, chocolate, dried fruits, and nuts.
  4. SCOOP 1 heaping tablespoon of dough onto lightly greased baking sheet; flatten slightly. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
Fresh Tips

Add 1/4 cup shredded coconut with dried fruit.
