  1. PREHEAT oven to 350º F.
  2. BEAT butter, peanut butter, and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, and baking soda; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. DROP by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake 9 to 12 minutes, or until light golden brown. Let cool several minutes; remove to cooling racks.

Be sure your oats are not processed in a facility with gluten products.

Use a 1-1/4-inch scoop to drop cookies easily onto cookie sheets.
