This easy recipe is perfect with leftover chicken or turkey. Enhance the flavor with several tablespoons of white wine or sherry.

  1. COOK noodles according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 3 minutes of cook time. Drain and return to pot to keep warm.
  2. MEANWHILE, melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute or until bubbly. Add milk and bouillon; continue stirring about 5 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and begins to thicken. Continue cooking 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium-low; add chicken and stir until heated through. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  3. SERVE over noodles and broccoli; sprinkle with parsley.
Fresh Tips

Save time and use rotisserie chicken.

Stir 3 to 4 Tbsp. white wine or sherry into sauce.
