Creamy Chicken Pappardelle

COOK noodles according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 3 minutes of cook time. Drain and return to pot to keep warm.
MEANWHILE, melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute or until bubbly. Add milk and bouillon; continue stirring about 5 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and begins to thicken. Continue cooking 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium-low; add chicken and stir until heated through. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
SERVE over noodles and broccoli; sprinkle with parsley.
Save time and use rotisserie chicken.
