Here is a great snack that is relatively low in sugar and dairy free!

  1. HEAT oven to 400ºF.
  2. STIR together dry ingredients in large bowl. In medium bowl, beat milk, peanut butter, butter and egg until smooth. Stir into dry mixture, just until moistened. (Do not over mix.) Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups.
  3. BAKE 20 minutes or until light golden brown and toothpick inserted in a center comes out clean.

SUBSTITUTE

Prepare with regular milk for almond milk.
