Chicken Parmesan Sandwich

  1. MIX flour, salt and pepper in shallow bowl. In separate bowl, whisk egg and milk.
  2. SEASON chicken with salt and pepper. Coat with egg mixture; dredge with flour.
  3. HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and continue cooking 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through (165ºF).
  4. PLACE open rolls on baking sheet; broil 1 minute or until light golden brown. Top with chicken, marinara sauce, and cheeses. Continue broiling 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Cut recipe ingredients in half to prepare 2 servings.

Prepare using boneless skinless chicken thighs for breasts.
