The inspiration for this simple salad came from a childhood friend of mine, who also loves healthy cooking.

Black Bean-Avocado Salad
Vegetarian, Wheat Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Nut Free
  1. MIX mayonnaise, lime juice and seasoning in medium bowl.
  2. ADD remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine. Best served immediately.
Fresh Tips

Stir in finely chopped jalapeno pepper, chopped cilantro, lime zest and/or chopped green onion.
