Balsamic Grilled Vegetables

What a simple and beautiful way to prepare vegetables. Serve either hot or at room temperature. If you arrange the vegetables on an ovenproof platter, you can hold in an 150º oven to stay warm until dinner.

Balsamic Grilled Vegetables
  1. MIX olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl.
  2. HEAT Grill Pan or grill to medium. Brush vegetables with oil mixture; grill in batches 10 to 12 minutes or until softened and charred on both sides.
  3. TRANSFER to serving platter; drizzle with vinegar.
