Weeknight Ravioli
Vegetarian, Soy Free, Nut Free
  1. COOK ravioli according to package directions; drain.
  2. MEANWHILE, add olive oil to large skillet; heat several minutes over medium heat. Add tomatoes, olives and garlic; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until tomatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Add ravioli, spinach, salt and pepper; stir until spinach begins to wilt.
  3. TOP with coarsely grated cheese.
Fresh Tips


To chiffonade basil, stack leaves and cut crosswise into thin strips.



To serve 2 people, this recipe can be easily cut in half.
