Can’t get enough fresh veggies in this light cream sauce primavera; go for good quality Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.

  1. COOK pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.
  2. MEANWHILE, heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add carrot; cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium; add remaining vegetables, garlic and seasoning. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  3. STIR in pasta and cream; add some of pasta water if desired for creamier consistency. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired. Stir in cheese; pour onto serving plates and top with additional cheese.
