Vegetarian Chili Mac Skillet

  1. COOK macaroni according to package directions; drain.
  2. MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add zucchini and seasoning; cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. STIR in tomatoes and beans; continue cooking 4 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add macaroni and cheese; stir to blend. Top with cilantro.
Fresh Tips


No cumin? No worries; increase chili powder to 1 tablespoon.
