Leftover turkey doesn’t have to be boring and tasteless. Take it to the next level in a savory grilled sandwich with a hint of Dijon mustard, tangy cranberry relish, and your choice of cheese.

  1. SPREAD one slice of bread with cranberry relish. Top with turkey and cheese. Spread second slice of bread with mustard; place over cheese. Spread outsides of sandwich with butter.
  2. HEAT grill pan, non-still skillet or panini maker over medium heat. Add sandwich; cook 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.

EXTRA
There's no reason why you can't tuck several leaves of baby spinach inside this sandwich before cooking.
