This colorful entree salad offers a lively mix of marinated shrimp, spicy jalapeño, juicy mango, and fresh lime.

  1. REMOVE 2 teaspoon zest from lime and 1/4 cup of juice. Place in small container with remaining dressing ingredients; cover and shake well.
  2. PLACE shrimp in medium bowl with 1/3 cup of the dressing. Coat evenly and marinate 15 to 30 minutes. Thread shrimp onto 2 skewers. Broil 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  3. MEANWHILE, toss lettuce, red pepper and red onion with remaining dressing; arrange on plates. Top with shrimp, avocado, mango and cilantro.
