  1. HEAT oven to 350ºF.
  2. HEAT oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add spinach; continue cooking just until wilted, stirring frequently.
  3. MIX eggs, cheese, and seasoning. Stir in spinach and basil. Scoop into greased muffin pan.
  4. BAKE 24 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown.
Fresh Tips


Prepare in greased 9-inch pie plate. Increase bake time by 3 to 5 minutes or until cooked through; cut into wedges to serve.
