Makes:   about 4 cups

Instructions
  1. COOK couscous according to package directions. Immediately transfer hot couscous to large bowl with olive oil; toss lightly.
  2. ADD spinach; toss to wilt slightly.
  3. ADD lemon juice and seasoning; mix well. Stir in feta and basil.
