Roasted Cauliflower with Garlic

  1. HEAT oven to 425ºF.
  2. TRIM cauliflower, cutting into fairly uniform florets. Place in large bowl.
  3. ADD oil; mix lightly. Add garlic and seasonings; mix well. Spread into 9x13-inch baking pan.
  4. BAKE 15 minutes; stir. Continue baking 15 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with combined cheese and parsley. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
