  1. HEAT oven to 375ºF.
  2. TRIM ends off Brussels sprouts; cut large ones in half lengthwise. Place in large bowl.
  3. ADD oil and seasoning; mix well. Pour onto rimmed baking sheet.
  4. BAKE 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

Use 3 cloves chopped garlic for garlic powder.
