Easy Baked Oatmeal

This oatmeal goes together easily and then bakes for 45 minutes while you walk away. It can be a perfect addition to a weekend brunch or simply prepare it early in the week to have breakfast or lunch leftovers on hand for up to four days. The shredded apple gives a boost of sweetness and fiber.

  1. HEAT oven to 350ºF.
  2. PLACE all ingredients in large bowl; stir to mix, Transfer to greased 8-inch square or 1-1/2-qt. baking dish.
  3. BAKE 45 minutes or until set.
Fresh Tips

No need to peel the apple before shredding, just be sure to wash it first and buy organic if possible.
