DIY Pumpkin Spice Latte, and save a bundle! This recipe is easy, and offers a great blend of rich coffee and pumpkin spice flavors. To boost the pumpkin flavor and color, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of canned pumpkin in the microwave step when heating the milk.

  1. PLACE milk, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla in glass measure or microwavable bowl; cover loosely with waxed paper or plastic wrap. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes or until hot.
  2. POUR coffee into serving cup; add milk mixture. Top with whipped cream and additional pumpkin pie spice, if desired.

DIY
Make your own pumpkin pie spice: Mix 1-1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon, 1 tsp. each ground ginger and nutmeg, and 1/2 tsp. each ground allspice and cloves. Makes 2-1/2 tablespoons.

GARNISH
Serve with cinnamon stick.
