Instructions
  1. PLACE oats and milk in 12-oz. Mason jar or other portable container; stir.
  2. TOP with syrup, if desired. Add yogurt and fruit; seal with lid. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. TOP with nuts just before serving.
Fresh Tips

SUBSTITUTE

Substitute honey, agave nectar, or brown sugar for maple syrup.

EXTRA

Stir 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax seeds into oats and milk.

CHOCOLATE VARIATION

Stir the 1 tablespoon sweetener with 1 tablespoon cocoa powder into oatmeal and milk.

TIP

Prepared oatmeal can hold in refrigerator for several days.
