Instructions
  1. MIX peanut butter, honey and vanilla in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. FORM into 1-inch balls; place in air-tight container. Note: If mixture becomes sticky, you can refrigerate for 20 minutes before shaping for easier handling.
  3. STORE in freezer.

HOW TO

Use a 1-inch scoop to easily shape balls.

To cut into squares, press mixture into greased 8x8-inch pan.

EXTRAS

Experiment with adding any of the following in small amounts: dried cranberries, chopped dried cherries or apricots, chopped walnuts, crisp rice cereal, toasted coconut, sunflower seeds, or ground cinnamon.

PEANUT BUTTER SUBSTITUTES

Prepare using almond butter, soy butter, or sunflower butter for peanut butter.
