Vegetarian, Wheat Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Nut Free
MIX molasses, brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger in small bowl. Divide between 4 coffee cups (about a scant tablespoon in each cup).
POUR about 1/4 cup of hot coffee into each cup; stir to thoroughly blend molasses mixture. Add remaining coffee to within 1-inch of top of cups.
ADD half-and-half to taste; stir. Top with whipped cream, if desired, and a few dashes of cloves. Serve immediately.
Don't need 4 servings? Keep extra molasses mixture on hand in the refrigerator for up to 4 days for when you need a quick fix of Gingerbread Coffee. You can also double up the quantity; trust me, it goes fast!
