Easy Turkey Meatballs with Spaghetti

This family favorite is so easy to make. If you don’t need four servings, you can hold leftovers for the next day, or freeze some of the meatballs, unbaked, to thaw and pop in the oven for another meal.

  1. HEAT oven to 400ºF.
  2. MIX turkey, crumbs, cheese, egg, parsley and seasoning in large bowl. Shape into 12 (2-inch) meatballs; place on parchment paper-lined rimmed pan. Bake 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
  3. MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and return to pot. Add pasta sauce (or as much as needed) to pot; cook and stir over medium-low heat until thoroughly heated.
  4. ADD meatballs; toss gently to coat. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
