Chicken Noodle Soup

HEAT oil in large pot over medium heat. Add onion, celery, carrot and garlic; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
ADD broth and seasoning; cover and bring to a boil. Add noodles; cook uncovered according to noodle package directions, reducing heat slightly if necessary.
STIR in chicken; heat thoroughly.
Make it vegetarian and replace chicken with beans of your choice.
Store-bought rotisserie chicken works well.
